Hatha Yoga for Beginners

This is a Yoga class for anyone who has never done yoga before, and for anyone who may have done yoga in the past and would like to get back into it. These yoga sessions are designed for deep relaxation, stretching and gentle toning. We practice meditation, pranayama (breath work), mudras (yoga of the fingers), and asanas (yoga poses).

It is a slow pace class with a focus on relaxation, reducing stress and restoring health and with a dash of spirituality. 

Men and woman are both welcome.

Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
